1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "You") and Acadla Education Pvt Ltd ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your use of jaspalsingh.in and your participation in any offline program offered by the Company.

Your enrolment in any program, creation of an account, or continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company operates under the leadership of Dr. Jaspal Singh (Ex-IES Officer AIR-04, GATE AIR-06, PhD) and provides offline educational services for competitive engineering examination aspirants.

3 Our Services

The Company currently offers the following offline programs at our Jaipur, Rajasthan centre:

• Offline Coaching Batches: Small-batch classroom coaching for GATE CE, IES/ESE, SSC JE, RRB JE, Rajasthan AE/JE, PSUs, and other competitive exams
• Offline Test Series: Weekly/periodic offline mock tests with performance analysis, covering all relevant exams
• Offline Interview Preparation Programs: Dedicated interview preparation sessions for IES, RPSC AE, PSU interviews, and State AE/JE exams
• Interview Masterclass / Workshops: Intensive multi-day workshops on interview skills, confidence building, and personality development

Program availability, schedules, faculty, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add services at any time with reasonable notice.

4 Eligibility

Our programs are designed for individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older (or have explicit parental/guardian consent if below 18)
• Hold or are pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
• Are preparing for GATE, IES/ESE, SSC JE, RRB JE, State AE/JE, PSU, or similar competitive examinations

By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet the above eligibility criteria. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny or revoke enrolment if eligibility criteria are not met.

5 Enrolment & Registration

Enrolment in any program is subject to availability of seats and payment of applicable fees. The following conditions apply:

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or approved installment, as applicable) and issuance of a confirmation receipt
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of registration
• Creating an account on jaspalsingh.in requires you to provide a valid email address and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party
• The Company reserves the right to reject any enrolment application without assigning a reason

6 Fees & Payment

The following terms apply to all fee payments:

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment can be made via our website through supported payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, or others as applicable) or via bank transfer/offline payment as communicated
• A seat is considered confirmed only after full payment or a confirmed installment arrangement is in place
• In the event of a failed payment transaction, please contact us immediately. We are not liable for any double deduction - please verify your bank statement before raising a duplicate payment
• Fees are subject to change. Updated fees will be published on the website and shall apply to all new enrolments

7 Refund Policy

We follow a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read the following carefully before enrolling:

• Cancellation within 48 hours of enrolment (before the program begins): 100% refund, less payment gateway charges
• Cancellation after 48 hours but before the first class/session: 75% refund of the program fee
• Cancellation after the first class/session has been conducted: No refund
• Test Series: Once a test has been attempted, no refund is applicable for that test or batch
• Interview Programs / Workshops: Cancellation with at least 5 days' prior notice entitles you to a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 5 days of the program
• Program Postponed by Us: If a program is postponed or cancelled by the Company, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch

Refund requests must be made in writing via WhatsApp or call to +91 99999 99999. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.

Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with results, exam outcomes, or personal reasons after the program has commenced.

8 Student Conduct

All students are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Recording, filming, or photographing classes, sessions, or study material without prior written consent
• Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any class notes, question papers, or study material belonging to the Company
• Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour towards faculty, staff, or fellow students - in person or online
• Impersonation or attending classes on behalf of another enrolled student
• Using the Company's name, brand, or Dr. Jaspal Singh's name or likeness for any personal or commercial purpose without written permission

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of enrolment without refund, and may attract legal action.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on jaspalsingh.in and all materials provided as part of our programs - including but not limited to lecture notes, question papers, test papers, PDFs, videos, presentations, study guides, and website content - are the exclusive intellectual property of Acadla Education Pvt Ltd and/or Dr. Jaspal Singh.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use program materials solely for your personal academic preparation. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or share any material - digitally or physically - without written permission
• Upload any of our materials to any online platform, coaching institute, or group
• Use our content to create derivative works or competing educational products

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property constitutes an infringement under the Copyright Act, 1957 and may result in civil and criminal liability.

10 Disclaimer

While we take great pride in the quality of our programs and the credentials of our faculty, the following disclaimers apply:

• No Guarantee of Results: Enrolment in our programs does not guarantee selection, qualification, or a particular rank in any competitive examination. Outcomes depend on individual effort, preparation, and many other factors beyond our control
• Accuracy of Information: Exam syllabi, patterns, cut-offs, and notifications change from time to time. While we make every effort to keep our content current, we are not liable for any changes made by the relevant examination authorities (UPSC, SSC, RPSC, etc.)
• Third-Party Platforms: Any references to third-party services (payment gateways, government exam portals, etc.) are for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or security of those platforms

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of earnings, business opportunities, or exam selection arising from participation in or absence from our programs
• Technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders) that disrupt program delivery

In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, faculty, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights
• Any content you submit through our platform or communicate to us

13 Schedule Changes & Force Majeure

The Company reserves the right to:

• Reschedule or modify class timings with reasonable prior notice to enrolled students
• Substitute faculty for individual sessions where required, while maintaining overall program quality
• Suspend or postpone programs in the event of force majeure circumstances - including natural disasters, public health emergencies, government-imposed restrictions, or events beyond our reasonable control

In cases of force majeure, the Company's obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule impacted sessions.

14 Termination of Enrolment

The Company may terminate or suspend a student's enrolment with immediate effect if the student:

• Violates the Code of Conduct (Section 8)
• Infringes on the Company's intellectual property
• Provides false or misleading information during registration
• Engages in behaviour detrimental to other students or faculty

Upon termination for cause, no refund shall be provided. A student may voluntarily withdraw from a program subject to the Refund Policy in Section 7.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable statutes.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

16 Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to jaspalsingh.in/terms, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Your continued use of our services or enrolment in programs after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
